Fire at the Sanctuary of Muxia

A fire destroyed the sanctuary of the Virgin of Barca in Muxia (Galicia) on the route of the Santiago de Compostela.
The complex, dating back to 1100, has gone almost completely destroyed by a fire caused by lightning that would strike an electrical panel.
Muxia is one of the final stages of the Santiago de Compostela: at the official end of the route, the pilgrims come to the shrine to see the ocean.
